Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, before sealing them in the original shipping bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
